Join us at this free and family-friendly event in Te Marae o Hine where we can commemorate the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi and get together with friends and whānau.

Together with Rangitāne o Manawatū, we invite you all! It’ll be a day filled with entertainment, a wide range of stalls, and engaging activities.

Rangitāne will share their perspective on the Treaty, its local relevance, and its enduring impact on our nation.

You’ll see cultural performances, including traditional kapa haka and music. Special guests: The TUARI Brothers. There will be interactive activities, so people can participate in hands-on workshops, learn about Māori customs, and explore the significance of the Treaty.

We’ll have food trucks and stalls with delicious kai, handcrafted goods, and cultural displays.
