After a decade of unforgettable performances such as Alatini, Mirror Mirror, Pigs On the Run and many others, the breathtaking island musical returns—bigger, bolder, and more spectacular than ever!
Dorothy has always loved the rhythms of her island home— the beating drums, and the songs that echo under the stars.
But when a mighty storm sweeps her and her cheeky maile (Dog), Koko, far from home, she finds herself on a mystical suburb!
To return home, she must journey to the legendary Wizard, a mysterious figure said to hold the secret of the tides. Along the way, she meets a Scarecrow, a Tinman and a Lion.
Together, they voyage across South Auckland, stumble into a shimmering Emerald City, where the Wizard awaits. But danger lurks deep within the heartbeat of South Auckland—the Wicked Witches of the North, South, East and West will do anything to stop them!
With breathtaking Pacific harmonies, mesmerizing dancing, and show-stopping performances, the Wizard of Ōtāhuhu is a show filled with heart, laughter, and adventure.
