Known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce stress, Yoga Nidra supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and a profound sense of ease.
This moon-themed session invites you to tune into the gentle, reflective energy of the lunar cycle—a time for slowing down, softening, and simply being.
After the practice, we’ll be sharing a nourishing plant-based dinner together. It’s included in your ticket and is a lovely way to gently transition back, connect, and enjoy wholesome food in good company.
Meet Karuna, your host
Trained as a primary school teacher, she also has a background in psychology and Spanish. But her heart is in connecting with others and she always brings a lively and warm energy to the space.
