Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that uses a series of sequences designed to gently unwind the body and mind, culminating in a guided meditation that takes you into a deeply relaxed state, akin to the space between waking and sleeping.
Rasesvari will be guiding you in your Yoga Nidra experience - you’ll be in the comfort of cosy cushions, blankets and a yoga mat. The space is infused with calming scents, sounds and imagery to aid your experience of the water. Everything is provided but you are most welcome to bring your own mat, cushions and blankets for additional comfort.
We’ll end the evening with an amazing plant-based dinner; all included in your ticket!
Meet Rasesvari, your facilitator:
Rasesvari is a yoga teacher and events manager who loves to bring people together and create a warm and memorable experience. She thrives on connection with others and has a deep desire for a lifestyle of yoga, meditation and holistic healing.
