The upcoming 16th Air New Zealand Golden Oldies World Rugby Festival in Wellington gives people "35 years and over an opportunity to continue enjoying their favourite sport and focuses on fun, friendship and fraternity". Some of us are a bit concerned that being over 35 qualifies as a golden oldie. It seems like yesterday that a 36 year old Frank Bunce was playing center for the All Blacks.
With over 200 rugby teams expected, Wellington promises to be NZ's party capital for the week. The festival will include a street parade, an opening ceremony, parties (really?), and even a few rugby games.
