Heralded as New Zealand's premiere ocean-swim event, the King of the Bays has attracted world-class competitors since its inception in 2003. Having grown from 300 to over 900 entries, the King of the Bays is the finale of the Sovereign New Zealand Ocean Swim Series, and will decide the series champions.
