Jazz legend Chet Baker still evokes memories of cool jazz from a troubled man. His life and death have been the object of appreciation and speculation for years and are examined in a new musical play written and performed by David Goldthorpe accompanied by a live three piece jazz band.
Chet Baker: Like Someone In Love brings Chet Baker's music and story to life and will be running at Galatos in Auckland from 2 through 6 March as part of the ingenious Auckland Fringe Festival. We are very pleased to have two double passes to see Mr. Goldthorpe's sensitive interpretation of the Chet Baker story on 4 March.
