A group of vibrant and outrageous street performers will hit the streets of Auckland’s BIG little city for the 11th time over Anniversary Weekend 2011. Acrobats, break dancers, jugglers, tight rope walkers, mimes, comedians, sword swallowers and many others come together to create an exciting and lively atmosphere for the International Buskers Festival.
Zip on your clapping hands, firm up your stomping boots and empty out your pockets for a handful of loose change. From the Viaduct to Vulcan Lane, the streets will be transformed into a playground for some of the world’s most talented international street performers.
Venues are: Vulcan Lane, Viaduct Harbour, Downtown Canapy, Seafood Festival in the Viaduct Harbour, and the night shows are in Market Square.
