Global Baker, cookbook author and Hottest Home Baker judge Dean Brettschneider will share the very latest baking tips and tricks at the Bake and Sweets Show in Auckland.
He will be giving two demonstrations each day on the main Bake and Sweets All Stars Stage and will be signing books, plus giving expert baking advice in a special Q & A session.
The lifestyle show is a two-day event at North Shore Events Centre taking place in time for the holiday season and is focussed on a love of delicious baking and confectionery.
