Skepta, Chali 2na & Shapeshifter to Headline Northern Bass

This year's Northern Bass lineup is so big that the festival has been extended to three nights.

Skepta, Machinedrum and Chali 2na are just some of the biggest names included in the first lineup announcement, which also included local acts Ladi6, Shapeshifter and Homebrew.

Promoters have responded to last year's sell-out by starting the festival on the 29th,with one stage open between 2-10pm and movie screenings to follow.

Other acts on the bill include DJ Marky, Mala, Danny Byrd, Swindle, A-Sides, Skeptical, Dub Phizix + Strategy, State Of Mind + MC Woody, Dylan C, K+Lab, DLR, Bailey Wiley, Midnight Gallery, Tali, Diaz Grimm, 48 Sonic, Totems and Randa.

The dance and bass music festival is an annual event that takes place in Mangawhai just north of Auckland over New Years.
