He was one of the greatest musicians to ever live and brought us songs like Hey Joe, Purple Haze and The Wind Cries Mary. Many musicians have followed him. Randy is one of the few guitarists officially recognised by the Hendrix family as a result of his explosive guitar interpretations reminiscent of all that was breath taking and spellbinding about Jimi Hendrix.
The Seattle-born firebrand has been stunning audiences worldwide with his explosive homage since the 1970s. He has even unleashed his uncanny virtuosity and dazzling charisma alongside Hendrix's own former bandmates, Mitch Mitchell, Noel Redding and Buddy Miles.
Over 40 years, he has shared stages with Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Miller, Paul Rodgers, Sammy Hagar, Herbie Hancock, Robert Cray and Bob Seger; he's been acclaimed by Eddie Van Halen and Eddie Vedder and released more than a dozen albums including Hendrix by Hansen.
