US punk rockers Pennywise will be heading to Auckland's Studio on K Road next month in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of their iconic album 'Full Circle'.
"Full Circle is one of the best Punk albums of the '90s. This is 40 minutes of harsh, abrasive, inspiring and brilliant Punk Rock... probably Pennywise's best album." - Sputnik Music
The Californian rockers, who formed in 1988, have made a name for themselves as a politically minded, melodic hardcore act, selling millions of albums along the way and becoming one of the most successful
independent acts of all time.
To mark Full Circle's 20th anniversary, Pennywise—which includes original members Jim Lindberg, Fletcher Dragge, Byron McMackin, as well as longstanding member Randy Bradbury—will play the album from back-to-back.
"Melodic fast-paced punk with deep lyrics that will make you think—it's the Pennywise way!" - In Music We Trust
Pennywise have released 11 albums over the years, including 'Unkown Road' (1993), 'Land of The Free?' (2001), 'The Fuse' (2001) and of course the iconic 'Full Circle' which took the world by storm in 1997.
The band's prolific track record in the studio has been matched with an unparalleled reputation as a live act to be reckoned with. Full-on and full-throttle—just as punk rock should be!
Don't miss your chance to see Pennywise play one of the most iconic hardcore albums of the '90s live and loud!
