Support for Ticket Rocket clients

Media articles have this week highlighted significant cashflow challenges faced by a well-known New Zealand ticketing company which have now led to High Court action. The events industry was one of the earliest affected by Covid-19 and understandably was also one of the last to return as the country moved back towards Alert Level 1. This has put significant financial strain on organisations across the industry from promoters to venues, ticketing companies, and all event suppliers.

Over the past two days Eventfinda has received numerous enquiries from affected venues and promoters seeking alternative ticketing support to return events on-sale with confidence in trusted management of ticketholder funds. Eventfinda’s full team of New Zealand staff are on hand to assist with these urgent requests and will usually have General Admission events on sale within an hour, and Allocated Seating events live the same day.
