Event Approval Time
How long does it take for my event listing to be approved (or re-approved)?

We receive between 200 and 300 new submissions every day. Our team of moderators make every attempt to review and publish listings within three business days of your submission.


Remember, those are three business days, which means submissions aren't moderated and approved over the weekend or on public holidays, so it's best to get your listings in as early as possible.


If you require your event to be moderated and approve ahead of the standard approval timeframes you can use our Expedited Review Listing option. Expedited Listing Reviews will be reviewed by our event moderation team within 1 business day for a cost of $9.95.


When you make changes to your listing, your existing listing remains visible on the site while our moderators review the changes and then republish. It is not an automatic process as everything needs to be reviewed and moderated prior to going live on the Eventfinda website.
