Merchandise Tab
On the dashboard page click the merchandise tab on the right-hand side menu
Create a Question
Select the Merchandise Questions tab and click Create a New Question. Enter the question details as required, including the label, question, answer format, whether required to answer and if it applies per item or per transaction
Select merchandise items
Select the merchandise items this question applies to
Click save
Click the blue Save button. This question has now been applied to the Merchandise item and will require a response during the purchase process.
