Log in to Eventfinda Ticketing with your account.
Note: Your Eventfinda Pro account must be enabled for Phone Sales. Please check with your Eventfinda Event Manager if you're unsure.
On the Events Dashboard, navigate to your event and click Purchases to find the customer’s order.
This will bring you to a list of orders that have been made for this event. You can find the order that needs to be transferred by searching the customer’s name, email address used for the booking, or the Order ID as written on their ticket.
Click the Order ID. This will take you to the Order detail where you can transfer the ticket.
If a transfer is possible and you are in the correct organisation, you will see a button to Transfer Tickets.
Choose the session and ticket types you require to transfer to.
The contact info will be copied across from the transferring order. If the customer’s details are still current, click Proceed to Checkout.
Ticketing questions will be copied from the transferring order. Please note that any ticketing questions per ticket will get mapped back to tickets on the new order, so if those tickets are removed then the question will be removed as well, so you may be required to re-enter the answers to the ticketing questions per ticket.
Review your order. If the ticket transfer is to an order of equal value, the cart total will be $0. There is an option to 'Pay With Previous Order' if the values exactly match.
Clicking the Complete Transfer button will complete the transfer and redirect to purchase page and depending on the delivery method deliver the order as normal.
You can cancel the transfer any time by clicking the Cancel Transfer button in the information box in the top of the purchase process.
