Macklemore – Gemini Tour

Four-time Grammy-Award winner Macklemore is coming back to Kiwi soil to celebrate his brand new solo album 'Gemini' and he's ready to bring his shows to Auckland and Wellington in February next year.

The American rap icon will be flying solo to perform his chart-topping hits from 'Gemini' which recently entered the RIANZ Album Chart at no. 4 featuring singles 'Glorious' and 'Good Old Days'.

Currently climbing the Billboard 100 and having reached the coveted no. 1 slot on the RIANZ Singles Chart, Glorious featuring Skylar Grey is Macklemore's first top five single as a solo artist. The video for Glorious which stars Macklemore's 100-year-old grandmother has had more than 33 million views.

Gemini is Macklemore's solo album since 2005, following on from the worldwide success for Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' albums 'The Heist' (2012)—home to singles 'Can't Hold Us', 'Thrift Shop' and 'Same Love'—and 'This Unruly Mess I've Made' (2016) featuring the double platinum–certified smash hit 'Downtown'.

Follow up single 'Good Old Days' featuring Kesha is the latest track to be lifted from Gemini which is no. 6 this week on the iTunes chart.
