Buy Tickets

This year's line-up is, once again, going to be epic.

First off the block, we are offering week-long Mini and Maxi passes and our two very popular weekend only passes the First and Final Weekender passes. So those of you joining us just for ONE of the two weekends of the festival can, once again, make the most of it.

These passes are by far the easiest way to secure access to the main events while you are in town without the hassle of having to buy each ticket separately.

Last year, many of our events sold out, so we advise you to purchase tickets for events as early as possible. We will do our best to have door sales to most events, but they might be quite limited.

We are keeping some of the old favourites, like the Final Propaganda Party and Leather and Lace, and are working at keeping a few things that worked really well in 2019, like Pride in the Park and the Urge Underwear Party (MSM). Due to really positive feedback on the success of the Ladies night in 2019, we are adding a second WSW night on the Thursday to balance the MSM Urge Underwear Party.

In 2020 we are once again having a Kickstart Friday event – to help ease everyone not the festival on the first Friday and will be re-running the incredibly good fun and successful "Queenstown's Got Talent" on the Wednesday evening. Once again will have a live performance and drag acts.

And don’t forget the Sunday Session on the final Sunday – really low key, relaxed and social day where you can hang out with new and old friends and, at a more leisurely pace, say your goodbyes before heading home (for out of towners).

It's going to be fun and we can't wait for you to join us.

Winter Pride is a values-based festival which welcomes all people who want to celebrate Safety, Visibility and Inclusion of LGBTTQI+ people. This means that we endeavour to create spaces for all and specialised spaces for some in a culture which allows us all to feel safe, included and visible across the festival in a uniquely beautiful Queenstown: a small town with a bold heart. Join us to re-connect with old friends and make new ones and enjoy one of the best weeks of the year.
