2021 At the World's Edge Festival

Awe is when the sublime leans over us, the sense of insignificance when presented with something bigger than ourselves, something beyond our grasp.

Spectacular sounds against majestic scapes, the best of New Zealand alongside international musicians and lifelong enthusiasts alongside curious adventurers, At the World’s Edge is a classical music festival inspired by its roots in the Southern Alps of New Zealand.

More than a series of intertwined live events in Wanaka, Cromwell and Queenstown, we are a platform for the arts in our stunning region and a spark for creativity to come. Find out what we stand for and take your seat at the inaugural AWE Festival.

Book individual festival performances for $60 (+fees) per person via the links below. Book for all three festival performances - Mata-Au, Confluence and Kawarau - and receive a $30 discount ($10 per performance). To access the discount, select all three concerts individually for purchase and the discount will be applied at checkout.

A Note Regarding Covid Level Restrictions -

We will be performing in Level 2 with audience sizes capped at 100. When tickets sell out, we will be adding names to a waitlist, in case our audience numbers can be increased before festival time. To add your name, simply email info@worldsedgefestival.com.

We will be performing in Level 2 with audience sizes that allow for appropriate social distancing in each of our venues. If level restrictions require us to reduce audience numbers, seats will be offered in the order in which they were purchased. Those that miss out will receive a full refund. If level restrictions require us to cancel the festival altogether, full refunds will be available for all ticket buyers.
