The Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival is an event bursting with all things creative across all art genres. Now on its 18th year, the festival promises to be bigger with a deluge of performances that'll surely give you the wow factor.

The Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival takes pride in being a relaxed family event. The committee and the performers invite you next year to sing, laugh, cheer, dance and celebrate all things arts in the unparalleled venues of the world-renowned Hamilton Gardens.

A few of the highlights are:

Backyard Beats -

Backyard Beats is back! It’s a party, positively bursting with flava, rhythm and funk. Backyard Beats is the ideal way to kick off the weekend, coz summer’s not over yet. Get set for hours of grooving on the Rhododendron lawn, while chilling to the sound of NZ’s best summertime grooves as the sun sets on a perfect Tron day. There will be bars and food stalls, and a whole lot of fun stuff like 10 pin bowling, Twister, a photo booth, and lots of giveaway goodies.

The team have assembled an incredible line-up of summertime bands including J Geeks and Summer Thieves. Headlining the gig will be NZ’s favourite funk band the Hipstamatics. Big last year. This one's going to be huge!

Marley - NZ All-Stars -

New Zealand’s greatest music talents are coming to Hamilton to pay homage to one of the greatest influences on NZ music – Bob Marley.

Marley – NZ All-Stars Celebrate the Legend will be one of the unforgettable events of summer!

Check out the line-up – Tiki Taane, Boh Runga, Logan Bell, Ria Hall, Laughton Kora, Anna Coddington, Fran Kora, Jayson Norris and Warren Maxwell. And the playlist!
