Port of Tauranga 62nd National Jazz Festival 7 – 21 April 2025

The Port of Tauranga 62nd National Jazz Festival presents an exceptional programme of events in Tauranga, featuring performances by some of the finest jazz musicians from Aotearoa and around the globe. The festival offers a diverse range of experiences for everyone.

The Uptown Downtown lineup will entertain guests in the city’s bars and cafes, while the Jam Factory will host intimate jazz sessions. World-class jazz, soul, and RnB concerts will be held at the Baycourt Community and Arts Centre. Additionally, the three-day 47th National Youth Jazz Competition will take place, alongside a performance by the NZ Army Big Band.

Festival-goers can enjoy the Late Late Show musos hang at the Tauranga Club, the family-friendly Jazz Village on Good Friday, and the two-day Downtown Carnival jazz party. The Hurricane Party invites guests to dance until they drop, with sunset jazz cruises adding to the festive atmosphere.

A glamorous cocktail swing party and Jazz at the Mount on Easter Monday further enrich the festival fun. There is so much to explore and experience – bring your family and friends and celebrate with us!
