Absolute Pilates has been running since 2003. We have an extremely experienced and dedicated team of practitioners.

The results of coming to learn and train with us are many. Our clients comment on having increased energy, youthfulness, a greater sense of well-being, increased focus, improved strength and tone, finding it easier to breath, and eliminated back pain.

We believe education is key to improving your posture, and agility. We work with our clients on a private basis, and in small groups, building your body awareness and strength to support your needs.

We have good relationships with local health practitioners, and can work in conjunction with them to speed up rehabilitation and recovery.

Your training will be based on your goals. You may want to be able to stand on one leg and tie your shoe laces when you are 80 years old, or require a conditioning program to balance your athletic training.
