Apiti Tavern

Apiti is a little bit of paradise at the gateway to the Ruahine Ranges.

The Apiti Tavern is located in the heart of the Apiti Village, in Northern Manawatu.

In the winter, cosy up by the roaring fire and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this quintessential kiwi tavern.

Summer brings blossoms, flowers and more, all of which can be enjoyed in the garden area. Dine outdoors on the deck or lawn, or have a game of tennis, bowls or petanque.

An ideal place to take the whole family for a Sunday (or any day!) drive. Let the kids play outside while you enjoy a cuppa on the deck. There is also a ToyBox full of goodies to keep kids happy on a rainy day.

Best of all, the journey here is breathtaking. There are three ways to get to Apiti, depending on where you are starting from, and each route offers incredible scenery that has to be seen to be believed.
