The Balanced Energy studio is a purpose built, modern and light space designed specifically for classes and courses in the healing arts. There is a weekly programme of classes plus regular events, courses and workshops. Balanced Energy Studio teachers are properly qualified and experienced in their field, contributing towards your wonderful experience, in the gorgeous surroundings.

Classes include: yoga, taiji, Pilates, kids' taiji, self defense, meditation, mums and bubs yoga and circuits, pregnancy yoga and nia.

The studio is also available for hire for small functions and seminars.

Studio membership is $19 p/w which includes unlimited classes and 10% clinic discount

Balanced Energy is a New Zealand company founded by Henri-noel Venturini and Catherine Opie, international practitioners of natural health, beauty and energy medicine with 20 years experience. Balanced Energy is also a producer of high quality vibrational medicines and products for the international spa and health industry.
