Core Fitness

At core it is about giving the little bit extra that makes the difference. We are centrally located in Hastings, New Zealand. We take the time to get to know you, once we identify your fitness goals and what your body needs, we introduce you to the core services that will benefit you.

In the fitness studio a max of 10 clients work with two trainers throughout your program. Your workouts are challenging, results focused and time efficient. You receive a high level of personal service to create your positive change.
