Eco Villa

The Eco Villa is a beautifully renovated central city 8 bedroom villa complete with large kitchen, dining area, covered deck, edible garden, outdoor twin baths, bikes plus an entertainment/boardroom with AV system. Perfect for family gatherings, corporate meetings, travellers in groups, wedding accommodation, hens nights & baby showers. There is a live on-site manager on the property and we can be as hands-on or off as you like. We can assist with events/catering or leave you to yourselves.

We have 8 individual rooms that sleep up to 20 people. Four bedrooms with ensuites and four bedrooms sharing two separate bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. All king beds can be split into two single beds making a total of sixteen different beds available. Thirteen singles and three queen/doubles or they can be made up as six super kings, one single bed and three queen/doubles or any combinations in between. One of the rooms also has a fold-out couch which is suitable for one adult or two children. We have also 2 portacots available.

The main kitchen is downstairs next to the large covered deck/dining area. There is a small kitchenette upstairs. We have 2 private outside baths available for guest use and a large edible garden for guests. Free bicycles are also provided.

Our meeting room/games room is also part of this whole house booking. This space is amazingly versatile and can be set up as a games room with ping pong table, foosball table and AV system for film nights. If requested we can also set this room up for meetings, boardroom or theatre style with full projector and whiteboard facilities. For large setups, this may incur an extra cost but let us know your requirements when you book. Ask us about catering and other services you may require.

Check-in times are flexible as we have keyless access for late arrivals however we do like to check in large groups in person and show them around the property. There is free unlimited internet. Free bicycles to use. Breakfast is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. For weddings please get in touch as we have a two-night minimum stay and a packaged rate including event set up.
