Flaxmill offers a unique "Accommodation and Venue" environment for conferences, team incentives, retreats, boutique weddings and family celebrations. A perfect place for a seaside "getaway" or memorable event.

Located near Cooks Beach on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula, our property is within 2.5 hours drive from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga and is set within 2 hectares of beautiful landscaped grounds with native plantings and mature trees.

Our flexible packages provide superior self-contained accommodation for groups of 4 to 50 (twin-share). Two of our 3-Bedroom Houses also provide for guests who are wheelchair users or have reduced mobility.

The modern Event Centre has facilities for up to to 80 seated guests, with 3 spaces that can be configured to work separately or collectively depending on requirements. There is a large central kitchen, dining facilities and quality amenities (including an accessible toilet).

Bring your own caterer or cook or we can put you in touch with one of our recommended local caterers.

Convenient to many local attractions (Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Purangi Golf Course), our friendly on-site Managers can help with suggestions and information on a wide range of team building activities to suit your group.
