The Marlborough Community Health Hub is home to several healthcare organisations including:

- Te Piki Oranga
- Needs Assessment Service (Support Works)
- Child Development Service
- Collectively the organisations offer a range of services, including:

Nursing services:

- district nursing services
- public health nurses
- clinical nurse specialists

Public health specialists:

- public health educators and promoters
- public health protection officers

Specialised healthcare services:

- sexual health services
- vision and hearing checks
- mental healthcare
- counselling
- quit-smoking services
- Warmer Healthier Homes programme

Home-based support assessment:

- needs assessment
- referral to services such as occupational therapy and physiotherapy

GP clinic and pharmacy:

A GP (doctor) clinic and pharmacy were added to the hub in late 2018.
