The Mosgiel Holistic Centre has been created to bring together like-minded professionals who believe that wellbeing is a balance of mind, body and spirit. We at the Centre believe in both the medical and complementary models of health promotion.
Worldwide there is an increased acceptance of all forms of health promotion and healing. What we aim to do is bring as many health practitioners and modalities under one roof so that we can provide choice and s complete service for our community.
The Centre is owned and operated by Lynette and John Mills. Lynette brings many years of experience in helping the mind,body and spirit balance its energies through massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Trauma recovery (TRE), meditation and energy healing. John's experience and training is in the mental health field and is a Registered Psychotherapist and Counselor.
