Nelson Obstacle Park

New Zealand’s only year-round purpose-built obstacle course, located in Nelson-Tasman.

At Nelson Obstacle Park, our mission is to create a fun, challenging, and supportive environment where our community can thrive both physically and mentally. We believe in creating a space to build confidence, determination, and teamwork; we believe that participating in physical activity can help individuals grow into more capable and empowered members of society through experiential learning. Through these efforts, we aim to offer a gateway for athletes to achieve international recognition, and represent Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) New Zealand.

Our vision is to provide access to New Zealand’s only, year-round Obstacle Course Racing facility, where people of all abilities can visit us to have fun, connect, train, compete, and excel. We are an inclusive and welcoming park and we cater for schools, community and family groups, provide disability access, as well as welcoming corporate and sprots groups for team-building, to bond and engage in the fun and creative challenges we provide.

Our goal is to be the leading OCR club nationally, with our athletes showcasing New Zealand's talent on the world stage.
