Phillip's father operated a supermarket in the North Island and Phillip spent many school holidays pushing trolleys, stocking shelves and getting immersed in the grocery industry from an early age. Phillip has strived for his dream of supermarket ownership and is proud to be part of this iconic, 100% Kiwi owner-operated brand. However, it is the everyday aspects that bring Phillip the most pleasure. He loves being on the shop floor, getting to know his customers and seeing the staff grow and achieve.
