Pastis At Francoises

An institution in Auckland, many felt a deep sadness when former owner-operator Alex closed Pastis in December last year. Happily for everyone, a new owner has stepped up to the plate and has reopened Pastis with a fresh take on traditional French fare, flair and warmth. Francoise is a fresh face in the restaurant scene, a French native, biker girl and self confessed lover of life, and has restarted Pastis at Francoises as a living expression of her one word life-philosophy: enjoy!

As a restaurant, look to Pastis as a great venue for a business lunch, a quiet drink after work, a romantic dinner setting or a private function with a classy difference. The food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced, and the presentation oozes effortless class.
As a bar and nightclub, look to Pastis as an intimate after midnight bar, with late night live music, dancing on the bar and unrestrained French joie d'vive! Open to 3am, with an extensive late night menu, Pastis is a great place to meet and have a crazy time with like minded beautiful human beings, French speaking or not!

The bar is well stocked and the wine list interesting and evolving - evoking the flavours of the finest districts of New Zealand and France. Also available on request is a small list of some of the tastiest French cocktails around!
