The Physio Pool in Dunedin is one of the largest warm water swimming pools in New Zealand. The temperature is always kept around 35 degrees. The benefits of warm water exercise are tremendous and have an extremely positive impact on the quality of life for all ages.

We are open to the public and offer a non-threatening environment for swimming, aqua jogging, individual exercise programmes, or warm water relaxation. Aqua fitness classes are on offer for all levels of fitness as well as swimming lessons. The pool is also available to hire to groups. We feature wheelchair accessibility, hoist and private changing rooms.

Monday: 6.30am-9.30am, 11am-6.45pm and 8pm-9pm

Wednesday: 6.30am-9.30am and 11am-6.45pm
