t bay cafe opened in the old library building in the Whitehouse Road shops in Titahi Bay in late 2020 after much blood, sweat and tears converting the building into a commercial kitchen and cafe by local owners Anna and Jeff.
With head chef Timm Livingston (ex Neo cafe) and head barista Janet Bostock (ex Backyard Cafe) on board the coffee and food service were in safe hands from the get go and the cafe has quickly become a popular place for the Titahi Bay community and beyond to meet for quality coffee, breakfasts, lunches and drinks.
