General Support, Mentoring, Life Skill Development and Social Services -

We initiate support programmes within the community which promote and maintain the value of the family. We provide general support, mentoring, life skill development and social services to families and individuals at risk or in crises.

Nutritional Cooking Classes and Aerobics -

Every Friday afternoon from 1.00pm to 2.30pm the Trust runs Nutrtition classes, free of charge, for women in the community. A qualified nutritionist demonstrates step by step how healthy, nutritional and budget meals are prepared. Do away with dieting myths, and be informed on good and bad habits in relation to eating.

This is followed by an hour of aerobics exercising - come along and join the ladies in a fun filled afternoon of "pump boogie" led by an experienced physical instructor.

Partnership in Schools -

Children's Clubs - These clubs aim to teach life skills and support children in schools. The school selects pupils, based on need. A group of children then meet once a week for a period of 8 weeks learning essential life skills.

The small group environment enables the children to feel safe, to build rapport with the leaders and with each other and enables the leaders to create an environment that fosters self worth and gives quality time to each of those that attend.
