Weka Point is a Scout campsite situated in Rissington, Hawkes Bay, 20 minutes out of Napier. John Cooksey known affectionately as “Little John” held the first scout camp at the Weka Site in 1911 and is still used today by Scouts around the Hawkes Bay Area.
