Wellington Water Ski Club

Wellington Ski Club was established in 1957 as a place where families could get together and enjoy the fantastic sport of water skiing and tow sports. That tradition still continues today at one of the most beautiful skiing locations in New Zealand.

The traditional Wellington water-ski family enjoys a mix of Waterskiing, knee boarding, wake boarding, wake skating, biscuiting and we also have a great mix of ski racer's (that's the guys who ski at speeds - your local highway patrolman would be too afraid to travel at).

When you are a member of the Wellington Ski club you will find your self skiing with peolple of all walks of life, it is a place where we are all dedicated to the sport and all are welcome.

Members don't need to have their own boat. Other members are always on the look out for skiers and crew.

So don't be afraid - come down to the club on any Sunday during summer - when we man the club on a regular basis or contact us via the contacts page and do the most fun thing that you have done this year.
