This retreat is a unique opportunity to experience the principles of mindfulness in the context of movement, engagement with nature, communication and your inner landscape.
The retreat program is full of opportunities to particpate and try out the different way's to experience and know yourself in relationship to nature, to others and to yourself.
While the days are structured there is freedom and flexibility around how you spend your time and how much you engage with the group.
Foundational NVC concepts and teachings will be weaved daily throughout the program with the support and flexibility to for more advanced NVC facilitation for those people already experienced with the foundations.
