About the course:
Join us for an inspiring introduction to the practice of mantra. We’ll explain how to use mantra recitation to improve our peace of mind, compassion, and wisdom. Mantra is something we can practice at any time and brings us many powerful short and long-term benefits. It connects us with the good qualities of the enlightened mind and helps us to realize our highest potential.
In the afternoon you will learn the traditional art of making and using a mala. A mala is a string of beads used to count prayers or mantra recitations. For Buddhist practitioners, their mala is a very precious and meaningful object.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome!
