Enjoy the benefits of prenatal yoga with this six-week course. We will work to create strength in your growing body and space to connect with the baby, using poses, breath work, mindfulness and pelvic floor exercises. My aim is to help you enjoy your pregnancy and feel empowered for birth and beyond! There will be both challenging and restorative practices throughout the course, always with an emphasis on listening to your body. Safe for all trimesters and all levels are welcome. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, I would love to see you on the mat!
$90 course fee
