Let's start soft sculpture and make a wool felted sheep.
Learn everything you need to know to begin needle felting.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn how to sculpt 3D creations entirely out of natural, undyed, pure New Zealand wool and needle felting technique. At the end of the class, you can add a string at the back to make it home decor or a baby mobile, or use it as a pin cushion.
Pure wool contains lanolin so it's a perfect material for a pin cushion to protect your sewing needles. Also, pure wool can remain fragrant so it can become an interior defuser with a couple of your favourite perfume.
No experience is necessary.
All materials and tools are included, and you will leave with your one of a kind wool felted sheep and the skills to continue sculpting at home.
Please note: this workshop is not suitable for children, as we will use very sharp tools.
