Matariki Street Party

Nau mai, haere mai! Come hangout with Chad Chambers & DJ Sir-Vere at this FREE Matariki Charity Concert. All funds raised will go to the Wairoa Relief Fund to help with damage caused by Cyclone Gabrielle. Enjoy the wāhi tākaro, kai, and more as we party on Elliot Street (Between Church & St John Streets).

Wāhi Tākaro - Tamariki Zone

Tamariki will be able to enjoy ngā taonga tākaro (traditional Maori games/pastimes) brought to us by Wiremu Sarich. Poitūkohu (basketball) on the street, wāhi tioka (chalk zone) and Tākaro Corner with hair braids, blow up toys and more!!

Kai Carts

Everyone will be able to grab a yummy kai from one of our many food vendors.

Koha mo Te Wairoa ♥

We will have collection buckets going around to raise funds for our bro town Wairoa ♥ make sure you bring your moni (cash).

On Stage
