You were born with feelings. No matter how much you try to stop them, you cannot.
When you are born you don’t know how to use your physical body as adults do. Imagine how insane it would be to cut off parts of the physical body when you don’t know how to use them, and therefore assume those parts of the body aren’t useful. This is what you do with your emotional body. You don’t know how to use your feelings in a way that serves your life so you try to cut them off.
The bad news is that you cannot get rid of your feelings, the good news is that you can learn how to use them consciously to serve your life.
Your feelings are part of your inner compass.
Your feelings have important information to navigate your life.
When you start consciously feeling you start Living!
Without your conscious feelings you can only survive.
