Auckland Fringe Festival 2017

Auckland Fringe is a feistily independent open-access arts festival which runs in Auckland for a summery three weeks kicking off late Feb. Open to anyone who wants to be involved (unless you’re doing something illegal!) Fringe is all about inclusivity, celebration of otherness and having a dang good time.

From main-stage to floating theatres, dancing with cats to dental hygiene talks (and more!) Fringe is here to showcase the best of Auckland’s incredible arts scene, as well as a bunch of international goodness. And 35% of the events are free or koha – so it won’t even break the bank!

In 2017, Auckland Fringe is activating 45 spaces and hosting 106 separate events shaking their tail feathers for 21 days straight. In fact, Auckland Fringe 2017 promises to be one of the biggest fringe’s Auckland has seen!
