2019 Wellington Raw Comedy Quest Heats 1-4

The capital's premier comedy competition. Witness the rising stars in stand-up comedy before they hit the big time.

The stepping stone for many New Zealand comedians, the Raw Comedy Quest has brought forth new comedy talent from across the country, with heats in Christchurch, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland.

From six heats, the top 24 go to the semifinals, and the top 10 to the Wellington final to be held at San Fran on Thursday 25th April.

Wellingtonians James Malcolm, Savanna Calton, Lucy Roche, and Gabby Anderson won 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018 National Raw Comedy Quests, can the capital do it again?

Heats 1 and 2 are held at San Fran on Cuba St
Heats 3 and 4 are held at Cavern Club on Allen St
Heats 5 and 6 are held at Fringe Bar on Allen St

All shows start at 8pm.
