There are 32 points or bars on the head including: Healing, Body, Sexuality, Money, Control, Aging, Hopes & Dreams, Awareness, Creativity, Power etc. Activating these points by lightly touching them and by allowing the energy to flow through these bars releases the electrical charge that holds all the considerations, thoughts, ideas, beleifs, decisions, emotions or attitudes you have ever stored or decided was important in any lifetime.

Each class includes:
- coaching by a Certified Bars Facilitator (BF)
- viewing "Access the Bars" DVD where founder, Gary Douglas personally demonstrates technique
- you, receiving bars twice
- and you, running another person's bars twice
In addition, you will be provided with a comprehensive Manual, Bars charts and other information to assist you in running Access Bars® on other people.
After the class you will be qualified to give Access Bars® to your family, friends and even charge for private sessions, and if you already provide other therapies, you can add Access Bars® to your list of modalities.
