Blackball celebrates the opening of the Paparoa Track, New Zealands 10th Great Walk, with music on the village green. All ages, smoke free, alcohol free. 4pm start time sees local up and coming talent followed by the Celtic sound of Greymouths Brewery Hill Band - mandolin, fiddle, and Irish drum. Hokitika singer/songwriter Katie Thompson then showcases her latest album Bittersweet as well as her classics, with the evening rounded out by iconic kiwi legends The Warrarahs.
