5ys & under - Swim 1 width, Bike 1 lap, Run 1/2 lap.
6yrs - Swim 1, Bike 2, Run 1
7yrs - Swim 1, Bike 2, Run 1
8yrs - Swim 1, Bike 3, Run 2
9yrs - Swim 2, Bike 4, Run 2
10yrs - Swim 2, Bike 4, Run 3
11yrs - Swim 3, Bike 5, Run 3
12yrs - Swim 3, Bike 5, Run 4
13yrs & over - Swim 3, Bike 6, Run 4
