Butchers, blades and brews

Join us at UnserHaus for an evening dedicated to meat, knives and beer. Watch specialty butcher Francesco Visco transform half a lamb into primal and sub-primal cuts, and sample culinary treats from the Gaggenau kitchen by chef Des Harris. Michael Bernard, knife sharpener to Auckland’s best chefs, will be on hand to show you how to keep your tools shipshape, and Alex Biedermann from local craft brewery Dr Rudi’s will chat all things beer.
