Candy Making for Beginners: CANCELLED

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course, new for 2019, runs on Sunday 22 September 2019 10 AM - 2 PM.

Join experienced candy maker Oscar and she will give you all the tricks of the trade to make your own yummy creations including pate de fruit, pulled sugar candies, marshmallows and lots more. You will go home with a box of delightful treats. Course fee includes all ingredients. Bring your lunch. We'll provide tea and coffee in the staff room for breaks.
